Returns & Refunds

We hope you enjoy your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and original product packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale, custom orders, and altered pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law.

Purchases made using a promotional discount remain eligible unless otherwise marked Final Sale.

Requesting a Return

Email contact@m2bymorvati.com with your order number and the items you wish to return within 14 days of delivery.

Once authorized, we’ll provide return instructions. Please ship your return within 7 days of authorization and use a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt. Your bank may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us with your order number and photos so we can make it right. We’ll cover any necessary return shipping for a confirmed issue.
